Ardgeal Kincraig

Designed to fit within an existing forest these four houses provide much needed low cost accommodation in the  Speyside area. Compact and well insulated the houses are constructed of timber with larch cladding  .Wood fuel heating with solar panels should result in very low energy bills. Completed in 2009 with the Highland Small Communities housing trust as client, the project was supported by the National Forest Land Scheme
